Want to gift your rifle to your son without going through an FFL transfer? Illegal. Want to loan a gun to your wife for the weekend while you are on a business trip? Illegal. It creates criminals out of non criminals and still fails to address that over 60% of firearms used in the commission of a crime are obtained illegally, and this process would not prevent that. |

If the US government disallows rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights, it has become tyrannical. If ever I want to own a gun, I will own one. Period. |
