USGS - when asked about 15 minute window - says they can't predict a time, just a probability. Which is now very high. Said anyone predicting a specific time window is not using science. well, apparently their Science has told them to Predict. Their science was wrong. It didn't happen in that 15 minutes. All they managed to do was alarm a lot of people needlessly. Granted, there still may be other large quakes, but emergency services can't put a definite time on it. They just don't have that capability. yes. but they did Predict. and that was my point. and i didn't appreciate that a-hole contradicting me. |
