If they could do that for a quake - they would have done it for the first one an hour or more ago.

they can predict aftershocks... But actually they can probably tell when a quake was just a foreshock as well..

Yes, but we don't have the technology to know that yet. Not for sure. At least we don't have it to accurately predict a natural earthquake.

No. This is not another big quake coming. It's from the Early Warning System EWS which detects a quake and then sends out the alerts based on the quake that just occured. It's warning of the waves generated by that same quake. So if a M4.2 quake hit Ridgecrest than the EWS will activate to warn outer lying cities of the seismic waves generated by that M4.2 quake. So its warning them of the quake waves coming from that quake to the cities farther away. But it's not any new quake that is going to happen.

Monday evening I kept having strong bouts of dizziness. Thought something was seriously wrong with me. Had some mild dizziness since then. That's why I thought my dizziness came back when this happened. I live in San Fernando Valley. I was in Reseda during '94.

So far, these are all on a group of "smaller" faults in the "Little Lake Fault Zone."

But they are propagating towards the Garlock fault. (The long East-West line on this map.)
