Sadness

I felt that way yesterday, but I think it WAS politics. This won’t end well.

I did....more dread than sadness. Maybe it's just too much GLP, at least that's what I'm hoping.

Often, when drifting off to sleep, I get an intense sense of dread. Pretty much the same thing you are speaking of, just happens on the front end of sleep for me.

Been going on for about 5 years.

I have had that occur as well. But not for five years! Oh my goodness.

After posting this thread I realized my ears are screaming a LOT louder than normal (I guess I have become quite adept at ignoring that.)

I sure hope whatever this is passes quickly, but it hurts.

Whew, nothing like waking up funky, it sucks the fun right out of everything.

Any chance of a reset nap? That often helps me when I'm able

Not today as much but the feeling is there often enough, and it comes upon waking from sleep for me also

Last couple of months or probably longer I've had a lot of distressing dreams I can't remember, but lately it's just been wonderful dreamless sleep

Today especially, not a usual Tuesday for me :p
