Not today as much but the feeling is there often enough, and it comes upon waking from sleep for me also
 Quoting: Centurionx

Yes.

Usually, I figure it is just that I have been doing much 'work' while I was sleeping. But today it is especially difficult to shake this.
 Quoting: LilMiss

Last couple of months or probably longer I've had a lot of distressing dreams I can't remember, but lately it's just been wonderful dreamless sleep

Today especially, not a usual Tuesday for me :p

I hope whatever it is you ladies are sensing decides in a favorable fucking light

Amen

I trained myself many years ago to be able to have dream recall. I did so by keeping a notebook next to my bed, and I would jot down whatever was in my mind as soon as my eyes were open.

Here recently, I have had not much success with that. :/

Re: Sadness
I got a random question for you LilMiss.

Could you ever fall in love with a woman?
 Quoting: Zabar

Fall in love with a woman sexually (as in desiring one as a mate?) I do not think so. Why?
 Quoting: LilMiss

no
 Quoting: Rocking It Harder

LOL

Spot on.

No offense to anyone, but I have always had better relationships with men than women (and I do not mean only the sexual sort...deep friendships.)

Women can be very cruel to one another.

I can count my woman friends IRL on one hand.

Re: Sadness
Aw sweetie. Yes the work during sleep is very distressing of late. Even though the process is hard, have been waking up with a sense of cleansing and renewal the last several days. Joy and gratitude for whatever is going on "over there." Have faith that the fear systems created are being undone. It takes each of us to change our focus from fear, lack and sadness to faith, abundance and joy. Removing the parasitic thought forms from ourselves and our reality is a painful process. Wounds hurt as they heal. Have faith and KNOW it's going to be okay. Too many are waking up and seeing the fake reality drawn over the original creation that we will be returning to. What we feed through our emotions and thoughts is key.

can't stop thinking about a sad story
 Quoting: F+2.0

Happening for me as well. And it is not just one! It is like my mind is seeking to come up with every sad thing I can think of.

*sigh*

I had a great day yesterday.

Where is the rewind button?
 Quoting: LilMiss

I do that sometimes...arrghh.
More often, than I care to admit.
Like a bad film on a continuos loop.

Is the sun shinning where you are?
I took my first coffee on the back porch this morning.
Bundled up on the bench. Watched the birds, and thanked the earth for being such a lovely host.
 Quoting: mona lizard

Hi Mona!!!

As a matter of fact, we have clear skies this morning.

Excellent idea!

(For me too, more than I would like to admit.)

So grateful for you!!!

I picked up 'ptsd' along my journey, and that has been a most challenging experience to 'break.'

A noise can send me into 'brainspins'...like my mind is searching for every awful thing it can think of...and difficult memories play like a slideshow.

Hello to you, Lil’. hugs

I firmly believe one must know sadness, in order to experience great joy...most often found in the littlest things.

My mom used to tell us the morning mist was the squirrels making coffee.

I would be, if it did not seem to already be here! I am in NW Arkansas, and we have already had some mid-60s days here this new year (Christmas day was not far from that.)

I am not from here, but locals say this is not unheard of, but very strange.

Some say that might be 'lucky,' but, when it gets cold again, it might just make it feel worse...more depressing, you know?

What state are you in? What has the Winter been like there?

Yeah..I was blessed with each side of the coin as well. Its the third side, the circle that I often most often. You can only observe one side however, at a time. I cant decide which side to look at. I think I know which side I want facing up. Its been a long journey and its far from over. I have to keep going. I must never give up..
