If it is to be on that Monday it will be on 13:22 local time.

Chester Township NJ "??? will forward this and find out..."

"Chester Township NJ That is not our station. Those bands only travel so far. It is accessable within 5 miles of Chester then other stations take over. This was heard near Newark Airport."

yep, I couldn't find anything closer either. Not so sure I believe their response honestly. They only broadcast a 5 mile radius? Seems a bit small for an emergency station.

I asked about reporting it to the proper authorities and they didn't really give anything worthwhile in response.

Just this:

" You would need to know who owns that station at the point that you heard it. If it is a municipality they probably should not be using it for that purpose. Our terms with that station within our hearing area is that is for public info only."
