There will be no debate. Too risky for Hillary ... she could collapse, have a seizure or coughing fits, get the floor mopped up with her, etc. There's no upside for Hillary to debate Trump. She'll either use her "pneumonia" as an excuse to bow out or else they'll have to make Trump "go 26th".

While it could be a threat of sorts - it could also be meaning that he's going to GO FORWARD after the scheduled debates. It should be interesting. As for his being threatened or harmed - the man has the full protection of the US Secret Service already and his being harmed - while possible - is now much more difficult that it would have been when he was a private citizen and before he had the Republican Nomination of President.

The Secret Service is going to be very careful about allowing anything to happen to Donald - it would not look good for them to suffer the assassination of a presidential candidate prior to the guy even being elected! And like him or not, the Secret Service details that protect the president and the candidates running for this office prior to the election - during the time they're seriously campaigning - these people consider themselves to be the Creme de la Creme of police / government protection, etc. They do not take their job lightly and some of these guys swear the would take a bullet rather than let their protected ones be shot. That's serious dedication in my opinion. Perhaps ill advised, but serous dedication none-the-less.

The guy in the video says he's near the airport. If you google for "1630 AM airport", 1630 AM appears to be a common frequency used by airports to broadcast info about traffic, parking, shuttles, etc. I suspect this transmission is originates at the airport.
