And to top off a perfect evening, Trump tells the New York Times he may not honour America's promises in the NATO treaty if the Baltic countries are attacked, so he may not stand with NATO.

But wait, in his speech, Lil' Mikey said:

"Donald Trump will rebuild our military and stand with our allies,"

So which one is it?

Take your ass to defend Turkey dumb ass...it will be a sharia state soon.

Actually Trump would have no problem helping Baltic states or other countries defend themselves. But NATO rules have to be re-written or at least enforced - in other words, other countries have to pitch in their share:

-Norway has a ton of oil wealth, so maybe give the contract to an American company next time?
-Next time US or Israel are facing hostile UN vote, how about actually cast your vote with US, for a change?
-Japan and South Korea are economic monsters - how about making a more fair trade deal that respects American companies/workers?
-Better yet: how about Europeans help us fighting terrorism and cyber threats?

Example: defeat ISIS in Mosul and Raqqa, a US-led global coalition will need 100,000 troops deployed for months (on rotation basis). It's not fair American treasure and blood shoulder most of the burden again.

So, Finland or Estonia, you want Americans to send you weapons and otherwise deter Putin? OK, but you must commit 5,000 Estonian or Finnish troops + certain military hardware... to the overall effort to defeat ISIS in Iraq, Syria and Libya.

"What's that you say, Finland and Norway? Your far-Left parties are against "American militarism"? You don't have the money to help the NATO counter-terror effort because you spent your last penny on building a cradle-to-the-grave welfare state for the benefit of Rape-fugees? Alrighty then, enjoy speaking Russian and stock up on lube because we hear Putin boys like anal. Kthxbai"

When framed like that trump has a legitimate argument. It's NOT "Neo-Isolationism" or some other pretentious bullshit accusation. As long as Trump refrains from saying politically damaging things like "Disband NATO", he should be fine.

Just better phrasing goes a looooong way in the world of politics.

Trump's speechwriters need to craft a beautiful, inspiring, undeniable set of talking points concisely summing up the above.
That way nobody can accuse him of being an unelectable ignorant who doesn't understand the value of NATO

Exactly.

Not just NATO but 150 other countries in the world need to pull their weight fighting ISIS/Islamism, North Korea, Chinese expansionism, etc.

If you can't contribute 10 billion dollar for collective defense organization like NATO: on steroids? OK, contribute 1 billion or equivalent value (in logistics, unique intelligence, volunteer doctors, administrators with special skills, etc)

If you can't contribute 10,000 soldiers on the ground in Iraq, Syria, or Libya or Mali, then do 1,000 soldiers, but with emphasis on special forces and other critical mission support staff.

If everyone was completely on the same page, equally dedicated to world peace and security, and was honestly contributing, then sky is the limit.

It's not a matter of "disbanding" NATO which of course is a horrible idea that only Putin would love... but rather making NATO much more effective and fair in terms of the US and its major allies.

Trump just needs a couple of brilliant speechwriters and speech coaches to help him reach that whole new level of focus, devastating punch power - but without[/b[ offending people and giving liberal media an excuse to defame the GOP.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19928850

Ssshh, the heavily pro-Hillary MSM don't want to hear any nuances, details, facts, logic or common sense.

It interferes with their overarching Narrative: "OMG OMG OMG, Trump is gonna disband NATO, give nukes to Taiwan, drop a nuke on Israel, and deport Mariano Rivera's deceased grandma"
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 61576794

So how do we break through the veritable MSM Matrix of lies and blood libels about Donald Trump?

How can we make truth go viral and reach the 10's of millions of Undecided, Independent, Moderate and Patriotic Americans who are being constantly bombarded with "Trump = Hitler Lite"
propaganda?

New Democrat e-mails are bad news.

Plus Putin, err, I meant to say 'Julian Assange' and 'Edward Snowden' might be saving the most devastating badges for later.

The anticipation must be killing the DNC boss and Hillary, lol

Trump gotta learn to memorize uplifting, laser-focus speeches that explain all of the above to the American People.

Otherwise he'll continue to be caricaturized and distorted by pro-Hillary MSM. About NATO, about everything.

It's up to him to take his game to the next level. His successful speeches at AIPAC, RNC were a good start. Now gotta be even better!

Many "enlightened" European nations, amoral Asian nations, and of course a bunch of 3rd world freeloaders will *NOT* like your idea.

They want America to do all the heavy lifting, all the dying and spending. They want America to assume all the risk, all while they take snide potshots at America's "arrogance".

....all while being saved from Germany twice, then Sovies during the Cold WAR. And now the fight against 21st century plague, Radical Islam.

That's the 64 Trillion dollar question: can all the cowardly, short-sighted, willfully blind and corrupt governments world-wide.... actually unite in the year 2016.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72405820

Wall Street Journal with a borderline brilliant article on the related subject

'Is Europe Helpless?'

A civilization that believes in nothing will ultimately submit to anything.

-By BRET STEPHENS

At last count, members of the European Union spent more than $200 billion a year on defense, fielded more than 2,000 jet fighters and 500 naval ships, and employed some 1.4 million military personnel. More than a million police officers also walk Europe’s streets. Yet in the face of an Islamist menace the Continent seems helpless. Is it?

--

"Can the decline be stopped? Yes, but that would require a great unlearning of the political mythologies on which modern Europe was built.

Among those mythologies: that the European Union is the result of a postwar moral commitment to peace; that Christianity is of merely historical importance to European identity; that there’s no such thing as a military solution; that one’s country isn’t worth fighting for; that honor is atavistic and tolerance is the supreme value. People who believe in nothing, including themselves, will ultimately submit to anything.

The alternative is a recognition that Europe’s long peace depended on the presence of American military power, and that the retreat of that power will require Europeans to defend themselves. Europe will also have to figure out how to apply power not symbolically, as it now does, but strategically, in pursuit of difficult objectives. That could start with the destruction of ISIS in Libya.
More important, Europeans will have to learn that powerlessness can be as corrupting as power—and much more dangerous. The storm of terror that is descending on Europe will not end in some new politics of inclusion, community outreach, more foreign aid or one of Mrs. Merkel’s diplomatic Rube Goldbergs. It will end in rivers of blood. Theirs or yours?".....

Trump just needs a couple of brilliant speechwriters and speech coaches to help him reach that whole new level of focus, devastating punch power - but without offending people and giving liberal media an excuse to defame the GOP.

So how do we break through the veritable MSM Matrix of lies and blood libels about Donald Trump?

How can we make truth go viral and reach the 10's of millions of Undecided, Independent, Moderate and Patriotic Americans who are being constantly bombarded with "Trump = Hitler Lite" propaganda?
Breaks my heart knowing how close, and yet how far, we are from winning this thing!!

Paul Menafort has been a bit of a godsent, to be honest.

He totally turned Trump's shitty little amateur-hour Cult of Personality "campaign" around in late-April/early May.

For a while there, after Cruz blew Trump out in Utah, and then took Wisconsin, that #NeverTrump were gonna succeed in sabotaging him. Even the National Inquirer story of Cruz mistresses that was supposed to force him to resign, was somehow blowing back in Trump's face (another sign Corey Lewandowski and Katrina Pierson were in way over their heads)

Then old=school cool-cucumber operator with deep connections like Paul Metafort came in. Got better-than-expected domination in New York state. And Trump Train really took off.

And to think: so many clueless, angry bozos from Twitter Army were so against Trump PROFESSIONALIZING his campaign. Were against hiring Paul Menafort. Were against Donald using a telepromter.

If anything, Trump is not anywhere near his best. Not even close. He still badly needs:

-an ear piece device where he can be helped when he forgets his lines in speeches, interviews or debates
-learn how to memorize (brilliant, inspiring) speeches. No more irrelevant bullshit tangents, Donald!
-a 2-billion dollar ad onslaught, and a massive GOTV ground-game
-army of lawyers, volunteers of all kinds, hackers, strategists, speechwriters, acting coaches.
-learn the Art of Political Theatre, i.e. to avoid the liberal MSM's traps & provocations.

Once Trump actually starts treating this Presidential race seriously... Hillary's giant Machine will explode.

Once in a while you can a glimpse of how great President Trump can be when he DOESN'T make dumb, needlessly offensive bullshit "improvisations". no more "Ban Muslims". No more "Punish Women for Abortions". no more "KKK" disaster with Jake Tapper. Etc, etc, etc.

When he stays laser-focused on-message, and lets his strategists do their damn job, Trump is magnificent.

Twitter Army fanatics wanted Donald to do idiotic re-Tweets - just so they can be entertained. Likewise, they didn't want most of Mainstream America to get to know Donald, because paranoid Twitter Army clowns wanted Trump all to themselves - sort of like an insecure hipster wants an obscure piece of music or movie to NOT be liked by mainstream audiences or prominent critics.

And America's very future? They don't care!

Thank god Trump no longer gives a shit what those early Twitter supporters think or want him to do. His only concern is MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

NATO countries better contribute their fair share.

Not just in money, as Trump wants, but in a broader, deeper sense:

-support US and its key ally Israel at the UN
-stop pushing mouth-foaming propaganda in their own countries (go to Norway, France, Germany and get locals talking, holy sheet are they envious and hateful toward the US)
-contribute personel and logistics toward US efforts to combat terrorism and boots on the ground in the Middle East. No exceptions!

Because NATO and other US "allies" (not Israel) want US to do all the heavy-lifting, spend all the money, assume all the risk - all while they sit back and shit all over Americans for being "militaristic, low-culture racists, mmmmkay".

yeah their craven hypocrisy is hard to take.

Average person from Norway, France, Germany HATES the US with a passion,

And yet when it came time to bail them out from either Nazi, or Communist takeover -- or today, from either Putin's over-reach or from Al-Qaeda/ISIS terror plots, suddenly it's Washington DC and Langley on their speed-dial.

And then when the threat is over, they go back to shitting all over "Ugly Americans".

This often under-reported story: for all the good US has done around the world; for all the risks and costs it takes upon itself.... it is uniformly HATED worldwide. By the liberal foreign press, by the foreign government bureaucrats; and by the envious populations, too!

The reason why our MSM doesn't report on it is because it makes Trump's point: "under weak Obama-Hillary leadership, not only do we get taken to the cleaners like suckers, but we are disliked and disrespected, too. With me, not only will be save money but they will at least fear us and respect us, if not love us"

It's NOT 'Isolationism'. It's having common sense and pride in your own worth and the worth of your own country. Only then will other nations respect you.

Of course the media won't cover it.
It helps Republicans.
It helps collapse the Matrix-of-Delusion so carefully constructed for decades by Liberal extremists and demagogues.

Don't get me wrong: America still has a great role worldwide; it is truly Exceptional (when at its best).

It just can longer afford to be everyone's patsy, everyone favorite punching-bag, a big joke. No more. NATO nations want protection? Pay up not just money but manpower, economic deals and political cooperation, too.

No more Norway, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, France and others fucking with our core interest or with Israel at the UN, through media and terrorist-supporting "human rights" NGO's.

NATO countries better contribute their fair share.

Not just in money, as Trump wants, but in a broader, deeper sense:

-support US and its key ally Israel at the UN
-stop pushing mouth-foaming propaganda in their own countries (go to Norway, France, Germany and get locals talking, holy sheet are they envious and hateful toward the US)
-contribute personnel and logistics toward US efforts to combat terrorism and boots on the ground in the Middle East. No exceptions!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45292497

Which is why they hate the very idea of Trump as President.

Because NATO and other US "allies" (not Israel) want US to do all the heavy-lifting, spend all the money, assume all the risk - all while they sit back and shit all over Americans for being "militaristic, low-culture racists, mmmmkay".

It's pathetic and yet the leftie MSM wants things to continue as they are.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49742696

yeah their craven hypocrisy is hard to take.

Try to get an average European slightly drunk and tongue-loose -- and even the "nice" ones will unleash an ugly anti-American tirade like you wouldn't believe.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72211389

If you know who comprises the so-called "Press corps", it's not a surprise

1) Older Commie sympathizers, who had to hide their nature after fall of Communism. Still sometimes they let their guard down and their contempt for Capitalism, for strong military, for Judeo-Christian values, and a strongly Heterosexual White Male.

2) Younger, vapid Millenials who were brained washed in journalism school ( by aformentioned old-school Commie sympathizers). They don't really have an ideological core, but are conditioned and indocrinated to believe militaristic, arrogant America and Zionists are cause of all problems. Nixon, Reagan, now Trump embody everything they were taught to despise. They are not really sure why, but that's their journalistic identity.

3) Self-centered fame-vampires. Michelle Fields is a good example. Not quite attractive or talented enough to be a movie star, a chart-topping pop-singer, or a fashion-model. They go where the money and spotlight is. Push the narrative of whoever pays them more- and since Democrat sponsors have WAY more money - George Soros, Haim Saban, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, even Koch Brothers... well, they are gonna be against Trump.

4) Nihilistic degenerates - secretly just want to debase themselves and watch the world burn. No core ideology or strong convictions. They don't really care about the Palestinians or Iran's Ayatollahs, but they see them as tools to destroy, or at least to troll, America.

5) Drunk Burn-outs - started out with integrity & lofty journalistic aspirations. But along the line, got jaded & burned-out. Democrat operatives throw them a bone and make them feel relevant, so they push the Hillary agenda.

6) Trump Haters - Megyn Kelly, Glen Beck, George Will, Mark Levin, Chris Wallace and many others. Now to be fair, Donald shoulders some responsibility in some case for needlessly provoking, trolling and petty-feuding with some of them. He lost millions of votes because cumulatively each of those anchors and personalities have loyal followers (who now won't vote Donald no matter what!)

Re: The 7/20/2016 RAIDERS OF THE RNC RIOTWATCH DAY 3 Thread and Drinking Game - Watch Live!
My wife has Borderline Personality Disorder and last week I made her mad by making is 15 minutes late to an amusement park. The real issue for her is that I did not do what she said when she said it. Her punishment was to withhold sex for a week, which should have ended on Saturday. However, I have not been penitent enough for her so she continues withholding. Whatever.

Last night, at the age of 38, I had a very detailed erotic dream about her best friend that ended as a wet dream. At the age of 38! WTF? Has anyone else had a "late stage" wet dream like that? I feel like a kid again. Lol.

And P.S. - I don't leave her because I couldn't abandon our two kids to her moods. I need to shield them from her and I live in a state where it would cost me thousands of dollars to win custody.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72750066

How do you normally make her want sex and submit to you?
Do you do dominate her, demand she undress? How does such a bossy, bitchy wife tolerate you penetrating, plowing and pounding the puss?

I don't believe she will let you touch her, since most women think sex is undifified and pretend only when they want something from their husbands.
