I am not campaigning against Cruz in this particular thread, but I am asking what kind of man allows this child to be used by a charlatan for his own election? I know you are a Cruz supporter, I was one too remember, but I can NOT and I will not vote for a man who chooses a freakin' lunatic to speak for him.

Now I have had it argued to me that Cruz is only using Beck for the Mormon vote. I answer that I don't consider that very comforting or much of a virtue.

Cruz is supposedly the smartest man in the room. I would agree with that, but only when he is alone in that room. Otherwise he makes some very glaring mistakes that me uncomfortable.

That kid looks to be about 8 or 9, and he looks very scrawny. Beck said that the kid has fasted every Tuesday (primary day?) for Ted Cruz without his parents knowing. First of all, the kid looks sickly and, secondly, how could a kid fast a full day without his parents knowing? Putting breakfast and lunch aside, they sit down for dinner, and then what?

That kid starts crying (Beck too) and the kid appears very intense. A young kid is not going to decide on his own to fast one day a week so a politician can win the Presidency.

Yes, as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints kids are taught their religion. As an LDS parent I also believe you teach them correct principals and then you let them govern themselves.
