My dear mother could read Latin but I can't. Jerome used
Latin translating the original writings to Latin because Latin
was the common language of the time.

I used to be catholic, then at 17 my mum left and my dad attended an episcolpalian church. I personally think that the Catholic church is not the closest church to the truth.

The King James Bible is Jesus Christ in written form.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

You can read the Bible in original language.

Greek. New and Old Testament.

Old Testament was translated into Greek Septuagint and Jesus was using that translation as a valid one.

So you can read both in original Greek koine, if you can understand!

Why would you spread hate... this is what i don't understand with those that say that they are trully faithful to god... and know the bible by heart...

There were no profits in translating the masoretic text into the common language of English. It had nothing to do with the Vatican Bible, start with the 10 commandments and guess which one they leave out and splitting another one to make 10. Many differences. They took Bishop as a title when it was really a service.
The KJB is the bloodiest book in the world. A great light shined through the words of God and they were set free from a church state paganized Christianity that called a man the vicar of Christ. They would no longer bow to the lie and were killed man woman and child by the most horrendous deaths that only a servant of Satan could carry out. Beheading would have been merciful in comparison. Over a hundred million and now more are being killed since the 20th century than during the days of Pagan Rome and the Holy Roman empire and their death squads because their power to rule was in their self proclaimed godhood and people did not know what God's Holy Word really said because the Vatican had it hidden in the dead language of Latin that required a false priesthood to interpret it for the people. And of course, it was interpreted to present their Church as what saves, not Jesus.

You do that, as you obviously know nothing about the translation, writing, who, what and where of God's Word. Friend, the Masoretic text is, itself, a translation.

The Masorah lists changes to the original text made by predecessors and by the Masoretes, themselves. The above restoration does not tackle that problem.

Whatever reliability can be achieved in transmitting the written word, it is essential to remember the precept in John 5:39-- however the translation one uses might frame it.

Today people fight over the meanings - using their own interpretations - this is the reading of the heart and the individual's truth - this is not the reading of the word - they say they fight over the word of God but they do not - they say they fight for their right of God but they do not know what they say.

If these people had no religious text to fight over or for a meaning or way to ponder - they would still fight - it is not religion which causes man to fight.

and you want them to master Greek and Hebrew?

Shows perhaps that ancient script was not designed and perhaps never meant to be read by the general population - they were however supposed to be educated - I think that should be our aim - education.
