Bruce Lee lifted small weight with lots of reps. That is how you get the defined hard muscles but not the big bulky ones. So you would bench like 135lbs in three sets or more as many reps as you could take. The work out doesnt even start until the burn starts. Then you start counting reps and just push yourself as far as you can. You do that with all of your sets, squats, curls, whatever. Light weight and tons of reps until it burns so bad you cant take it. |

Yeah go for it...but do the skim milk instead, egg whites...boil a dozen salt them and have two three with the yoke the rest just eat the egg white...you need to eat....often high protein low fat... UNLESS you are a hard gainer...one of those skinny guys with fast metabolism then I will tell you eat anything and everything...don't listen to the bs about good calories and bad calories...a calorie is a calorie and you need to consume a certain amount per day to grow muscle and put weight on....you just looking to bulk....heavy weight low reps... when you done with your bulking phase plenty of time to trim and diet and sculpt muscles and get ripped by doing high reps low weight until failure.... |

Eat hard boiled eggs (7grams/egg)and cottage cheese in the same meal for diversity in protein. All 23 amino acids. The whole egg not just the white. Stop worrying about calories from good fats and instead avoid calories from most grains, all sweets. |

Peanut butter is incomplete protein you retard. AND it has lots of fat. Protein shakes are not healthy at all. Full fat milk is total balance, just do not drink pasteurized milk which is ALL commercial milk. You would have to buy raw milk from a farmer. |

Skim milk are you FUCKING RETARDED? Egg whites? You fucking retard you need healthy fats. a calorie is not a calorie. You are the type of person that gives many bodybuilders a bad name by making them appear idiots such as the idiot you are! Oxygen debt, look it up. You let your muscles recuperate from the fatigue and you are sabotaging your gain. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 59785588 Finally someone who talks sense, but cottage cheese has a lot of unneeded fat. It is pointless to eat more healthy fats than your body actually needs, it just makes you fat beyond that point. Having said that most people are pro at having healthy fat vitamin deficiencies. The eggs is good advice though. Finally someone who is not sabotaging his own health. Cheese has a high vitamin K content, but so does ghee and PROPER quality egg yolk (not the garbage so called 'omega 3 eggs' which contain almost nothing of the vitamin K or omega 3). Vitamin K and D are fat soluble vitamins BTW which act as hormones, so more important than water soluble vitamins. |

You people are just mad and crazy and don't know shit about health or the body. If you recommend cheap balanced protein say fish, especially tuna. Beans and Rice together create a balanced protein. Also the supplements you recommend are not significant. Oxygen Debt is what its all about. Look it up. |

This is a joke post, but for those few who may be interested go and buy Arnold's book. Best ever written. Second after every workout drink a huge glass of whole milk plus protein powder 2 scoops. This will only work if you bust your ass working out. For the dimwads out there, I'm one so, I have blown all major joints in my body and at 57 I limp around like 97. But, I can assure you of one thing, with that big bar on your shoulders and you drop and your ass is at the same level as your knees and YOU FEEL THE BAR BEND.... AND THEN LIFTING BACKUP AND THE BAR GOES LIGHT... Sex is goin' be good that night, but not as good as that moment! LOL |

Use Ice cream with it makes a great protein shake. |
