Quoting: Bizarre Verewolf Ohio passed a law in 2011 that if you have ANY drug charge on your record you could not get a concealed carry permit. I got decline for a possession of weed charge from 2001... You have a right to carry anyway. Your right shall not be infringed.... at all. 2nd amendment, read it. You also don't need to get a permit for a right. The authorities are out of their lawful role, don't recognize them. |

Imagine investing in Microsoft when Gates was programming in his garage. That's where we are right now with investing in pot. The first few dominoes have fallen, you know what happens next. The dot-bong bubble! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 12655021 United States 01/24/2014 01:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Once again, the communist regime in Washington has decided that they can change the law without the input of congress. I hope the law catches up to them some day. I wood love to see Holder sharing a cell with King Barry. Quoting: Epic Beard Guy bullshit. The executive branch can choose to respect states rights. Not only that, it's the executive branch that sets substance classification, not congress. good luck waiting on Congress to go against their private prison contributors... |

Quoting: ITZCOMING IF it were me, I'd just deal in all cash. i understand your sentiments but these businesses are being tracked anyways since they are state licensed. all cash is dangerous, i suspect you are not a business owver. Why is cash dangerous to a business owner? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 8589752 United States 01/24/2014 01:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I dont like alot of the things barack does but im on board with the decriminalizing drugs. Why do i care what someone does with their own bodies. As long as they are over 18 I think the government should stay out of it and just tax it. Same thing with prositution. Can you imagine what would happen to all the gangs in this country if this source of wealth just disappeared. Major gangs would basically disappear. Not to mention taxpayer savings for having less people in jail. |

Quoting: Oyster All the better to control them and better track what they make. IF it were me, I'd just deal in all cash. I don't deal in cannabis. But I do deal in guns. Constitutional purchases only. Cash only, silver preferred. We *KNEW* they would allow this. After all, how are they going to tax these people if they deal in that dirty word known as "cash". The government hates cash, its why they made it intrisically worthless so they could control the percieved value of it. You're all trapped in a snare but you think the restriction is there to keep you safe. Naw, its there to keep you milked. |

Quoting: ITZCOMING IF it were me, I'd just deal in all cash. i understand your sentiments but these businesses are being tracked anyways since they are state licensed. all cash is dangerous, i suspect you are not a business owver. Why is cash dangerous to a business owner? You have A LOT of cash on hand and criminals know this (due to the laws), so your retail store becomes an attractive target for robbery/burglary. Then you have the issue of the store owners having to transport large sums of cash to the bank frequently and that also makes them a potential target for being robbed and/or becoming victims of violence. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 12655021 United States 01/24/2014 02:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I agree. The gov't has been doing research on pot since 78 -79, all "seeds'" are GMOed and owned by Monsanto. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37066414 Can you provide any evidence to substantiate your claims so we can decipher 'fact' from 'subjective speculation'? no, he can't, cause he totally made it up. Of course, he'll give a link to an obscure blog to count as "evidence" Meanwhile, you can still get seeds from wild plants in most of North America. |
