it is legal on a federal level, always has been . the prohibition laws are illegal under the Constitution because the reefer madness propaganda has caused evidence tampering and that prohibits the right to a fair trial . no law is legal that does that and the feds hung themselves when they used our federal tax money and applied for a marijuana federal patent that proves the evidence tampering . everyone that paid in federal taxes are co-owners on the federal marijuana patent . mistrials ,grow your own . if you choose to sell it , you have to apply for a state drug tax stamp . and yes those drug tax stamps exist .

It really isn't that hard to figure out. They got the Patriot act passed with a FF. Then they forced the NDAA through because so many Americans are still asleep or so brainwashed by the presstitutes that they didn't stand up and protest it. Now they have got the final leg of the process complete. The ACA or Obamacare, is now law. there is nothing the American people can do now. Corporations now have complete and total control over this country. Legally! Pot use to make people think and question what the hell was going on. Help them realize that most of what they were being fed was BS. But it no longer matters. They have won. We are all fucked. You'll see. At least we can get stoned now to help us deal with the deplorable conditions most of us will be living with in the near future!

discrimination against a business in an open market goes against what capitalism stands for...

the problem is as it has been, with hard commodities backing paper or e-currency..... say you deposit a million dollars then you want it back a month later but the bank has invested it and you have to wait for your funds...now if something were to happen to that bank financially, then there would be a serious problem with getting your money...there have been many instances where depositors could not access what was theirs when something happened in the market or to the bank its self...my advice would be to deposit half and keep the other half in a safe location, as to back your own currency with your own currency, so that you can access it at will...dont forget how the housing market fell..invest but invest wizly for both the long and short term...so u have two eggs in your basket not just one..

Weed can be an enlightening 'drug' when used properly. However, we are a nation of excess and it is going to be abused until there is not brain cell left on the entire continent. So you are correct. They always have an ace up the sleeve for when people get restless.

Truth is, it's simply our consciousness that has expanded which gives the impression it "has increased xx amount". The breeding of species and possible modification have contributed in different strains and effects, of course, but the conscious is the driver when using the tool effectively.

Crossbreeding and also increased knowledge/understanding of the cultivation process has allowed indoor growers to maximize the health & yields of the plants - creating stronger more potent strains.

I agree. The gov't has been doing research on pot since 78 -79, all "seeds'" are GMOed and owned by Monsanto. They can seperate whatever compounds out of it they need as they do all other drugs that are from plants into pills, teas etc but one must go to a smoke shop and get their prescription filled? Not to mention it comes under names like , " train wreck" and smells like a skunk gone bad. Something that apparently came with the GMO version. Skunk is the only odor listed as a biological weapon.

Yes they are TOO eager without any plans in place for making sure all parts of plant used are safe. There are no real regulations. I am one for the legalization but somethings not right. I believe it has tons of beneficial properties but not the stuff they're allowing to be sold right now.

The other fact is legalization brings in tons of money! The drug testing for thc has not changed any. You can toke 3 weeks ago and can get stopped for DWI. So much doesn't make sense.

Obama has the power to reclassify Marijuana, that would be a good step at this point.

Also, instead of cash, these places should just use Bitcoin. Fuck the banks.
