Glad this thread popped up... Over the last week I have been fighting flu-like / Sinus Infection that just doesn't seem to want to quit. Sore throat, swollen glands, weird headaches, achy, sneezing etc... I could go on but you get the idea. And yes we have noticed our Border Collie has been licking his paws and itching a lot lately as well.
In a household of four(5 including the dog) I seemed to be the only victim until yesterday. My wife and oldest son are now sick. She always slams me for following conspiracies and flares and other fuct up shit to be honest... Cant wait to see her reaction when I tell her about this thread. I can almost see and hear the eye roll and sigh.

Paint the bottoms of your feet with Lugol's iodine every night.

The "fog" you are seeing is not fog. It is spraying for decontamination.

This will cause allergy/asthma symptoms, which is just a reaction to the chemicals being used to cover for radiation.

The Lugol's will help to protect you from both.

You can also add it to beverages, but add one drop each day to your drink. I.e.: one drop day one, two drops day two, etc.

I stopped eating wheat and dairy awhile back. I don't regret it at all. System feels cleaner and lighter with no constipation or full feeling.

I only eat fruits, leafy green, green vegetables, potatoes and fish. Despite the low calories, I still weigh in at 200lbs, go figure.

I agree, if the shit ever hits the fan and people go hungry for any length of time, the detox will weaken most to the point of not being able to do anything.
