Quoting: ??? 48692857 The "fog" you are seeing is not fog. It is spraying for decontamination. This will cause allergy/asthma symptoms, which is just a reaction to the chemicals being used to cover for radiation. The Lugol's will help to protect you from both. You can also add it to beverages, but add one drop each day to your drink. I.e.: one drop day one, two drops day two, etc. If your body freaks out, it is because you have too many heavy metals in your system. You can linger on each dose until you feel ok. Say, for instance, you feel jumpy and agitated after just one drop the first day. Ok, so stay on one drop/day until those symptoms go away. HOWEVER, American bread contains bromides, instead of iodine, like it once did. Bromides are a heavy metal that should NEVER be ingested. If you are American, you are going to have a very hard time starting iodine supplementation. Just because of your bread intake. In fact if the iodine makes your body feel really bad due to detox, you can stop the detox just by eating a piece of white bread. It ALL contains bromides today here. (Yes, you are fucked if you eat commercial wheat products, especially if there is a nuclear event.) I stopped eating wheat and dairy awhile back. I don't regret it at all. System feels cleaner and lighter with no constipation or full feeling. I only eat fruits, leafy green, green vegetables, potatoes and fish. Despite the low calories, I still weigh in at 200lbs, go figure. I agree, if the shit ever hits the fan and people go hungry for any length of time, the detox will weaken most to the point of not being able to do anything. Imagine America with low junk food supplies and medications run out, lmfao. What a cluster fuck that day will be. I worry for those on addictive medicines unable to get their medications. I wish everyone would start withdrawing now. I am trying to research all natural herbs and supplements. However, I am feeling poorly, and I am on natural herbs and supplements now. If I knew more about your current diet, medications and herbs. I could make some suggestions that might help. What are you being treated for? Medically speaking. |

I am not being treated for anything by a doc. I went to a doc, and she said she would not put me on an antibiotic. She gave me zyrtec, and I am not going back. I came on here, and talked to GLP folks...they told me somethings to get. I did that, and I am better. I still have flu like symptoms and feel poorly. I am taking the ALIVE vitamin, vitamin D, oil of oregano, and colloidal silver. I don't have any money left after buying all that, so I will just have to hang in there. |

Ok, what kind of food have you eaten most of your life? And what foods are you currently eating daily? Are you having chronic sinusitis? Do anti-histamines help? Are you having chronic headaches and digestive troubles? This fall has been especially hard on people in the south east US due to all the rainfall and cool summer. A whole lot of plant growth. Keep in mind, environmental allergies are exaggerated by a diet heavy in grains of ALL types. Breads, pastas, cereals, oats, rice are all grain based foods. Gluten is found in many processed foods. If you're type O blood, your system will have a inflammatory response to this foods. Which makes it environmental allergies all that much worse. Dairy isn't digested well in most people either. ALL dairy is pretty much bad, it essentially spoils in the gut which is why so many people get diarrhea from it. Examine your diet first. When attempting to get off medications, this is the first place to start. The supplements you're taking now is a good start. You can also add 400 mgs of magnesium citrate once a day. (it's not much money) If you're having digestive troubles, you can add Dr. Ohhira Probiotics. These aren't the run of the mill probiotics, they are medical grade. They greatly improve the gut environment and will stabilize any digestive issues a person may have. Once the the digestion is functioning better, they only need to be taken 1-2 times a week. |
