Scenario with Japan may result in Japan making nuke test and declares itself as nuclear power. That will make it sure target in any real-war situation.

Seems Kim doesn't count the number of missiles and nukes when promising targets on national TV to make US intelligence attempts to determine the targets looking silly, and is not concerned USA will intercept those ICBM which fly longer. Who knows how many of them he has. BTW they will fly over the North pole, not over the Pacific as shown on his map.
