i have two white sapotes and i will buy a chocolate one too!!! The white sapote is a very very good fruit, it cures hipertention, anemia, prevents colon cancer, eases artritis and reumatic pains, migraines... it's great! And tastes like a flan puding!!!

A Vietnamese guy who lives next door to me grows Dragonfruit.

these ppl are leading forest gardeners/permacullturists in uk -they got data base of 7000plants useable in this climate - but nothing compares to tropical fruits -esp s.e.asia like durian - this fruit is packed with chemicals that the body assimulates very weell -such as trytophan - infact the biochemistry of our neurological and endocrine nervous systems are very similar to fruits biochemistry.

....if biochemistry (and our own senses -taste/smell etc) are pointing 'Truths' out, then maybe the real 'Holy Grail' (path back to happiness/peace/balance etc -whatever want call it) is by observing such. -we came from tropics -thats where our synergy/connection is (thats where the other great apes reside) -that might have been the 'fall' the ancients talked about -disconnect physically causes disconnection spiritually (and mentally/physically -we are the sickest species on earth -the wild animals are well healthy )

nice one, there is plenty of biological evidence tht its something like this thats going on... unfortunately in our quest to find the solution we have to use the thing that is at fault -our perception mechanism ie brain- ...so if we are trying to find the problem with the thing that is the problem, it comes easy to realise why this Truth has not been documented properly before in history... -or just partial Truths about it... (its written in most Holy scriptures -fruit bearing seeds, flowers, leaves etc are our foods bla bla)
next question is to gain insight then into what we might be talking about if we were eating/acting properly according to out biological design... -it is evident that the endocrine system and neurological system at the very least is in a collapsed state of function (pineal gland starts calcifying at age 7, fully calcified by 14, -this gland controls the pituatory, which in turn controls every other gland in the body, which controls every system in the body!) ...so not very good, and again, evidences of human behaviour kinda fits.
the Veda's talk of an energy system, chakra system, within us related to our glandular/hormonal/endocrine system. they say when this is fully active, we can attain heightened states, such as glimpsed in meditation. -if the physical side of the energy system aint working proper then, how can we expect to have a sustained functional energy system?
repair is necessary. -the tools are given in Nature. we are blessed as we have solution if we look. we need to know how to fix it tho. we need to know how this 'mega-ferrari' works -and do that which brings this connection. if the body is atrophying and calcifying then one needs to stop the damage and start the repair. -the damage comes mainly from 'free radicals' -these are caused primarily from fire and its use/communion (hence every living cells' adversion to entropy -natural universal law) which are in unstable states and start damaging cell structure on a molecular level (pure chemistry, -causes mutation and adaption, if severe mutations can cause pathnogens such as cancers etc)
-so stop communion with fire helps stop the mitigation of the problem, then start the repair by observing the biuological design. ...-raw wild natural tropical fruits and leafs -thats our biological/physiological design.
...thats the physical issue aproached, the other point is what effects has it has mentally. -why did the holy ppl live away from the masses? in Nature? yeh, thats where the good food is, at least in the tropics : ) -but theres more than that too -if located well, then we dont have to think the same -if Nature is nurturing us, we dont have to adapt our enviro to suite our means -we wont need houses, jobs to support houses etc etc etc - the brain doesnt need to 'imagine' anything unnatural... it can be free to tune into 'Reality' -free to heal... we can stay in the 'Moment' (is it posible to be in ones imagination and the 'Moment' simultaneously?? try it!) where is the power? : )
...so is this why meditation so powerful as it puts us in the moment -be it brief/unsustainable. -was this what budha was saying -like with vipassana -is it mimicing being in the moment in Nature..allowing the brain to be in a mentally similar state to that when we were 'natural'? -i read somewhere that he had said exactly that to one of his students -when asked about the imagination (im-aging-nation) he replied -theres no room for it...
researching evidence of such has given some verification. (d.jubbs -secrets of an alkaline body, a.carrel 'man the unknown' etc) carrel kept a chickens hearth alive for many years by working out what the structure needed cellularly and by feeding it ,and keeping it toxin free, showing greater possibilities, such as longevity/immortality (the heart only died when they forgot to change the fluid so it got polluted)...
was this what the ancients were refering to- like jc -'everything i can do, you can do, and more...' ...living forever in blissed states (when the brain works well the pineal gland produces seritonine melatonin, trptophan, dmt etec etc -all bliss happy chemicals)
