Not that I believe May 21 will be the day but I would like to point out that if it IS (whenever it is), it will most likely immediately precede the most catastrophic events this world has ever known thus the need for Jesus to remove His Bride from harms way. Dating will probably take on lesser importance than, say, how fast you should run! just sayin'

You seem very intelligent. Do not let that hinder your quest for the truth regarding Jesus Christ. He is the only way to the Father...don't overintellectualize the simplicity of salvation. Jesus loves you very much and died so no one would have to perish but I believe the time for seeking and finding will soon come to an end. I would use this remaining time wisely to make sure you are on the narrow path that leads to life rather than worrying about your father's dating life. But that's just me.
