No one in a cult ever thinks they're in one. Because of course they're too smart to be deceived and fall for arguments that are unbiblical. Thanks Adventists for revealing the grand secrets of the universe that only you could discover. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74739637 I say that Jesus fulfilled the law and we, therefore, are no longer under the law. Tell me, if you can, which ceremonial laws were WRITTEN IN STONE? The law that 2 Corinthians 3:7 was written in stone...see for yourself...from 2 Corinthians 3... 7 But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was, 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory? 9 For if the ministry of condemnation has glory, much more does the ministry of righteousness abound in glory. 10 For indeed what had glory, in this case has no glory because of the glory that surpasses it. 11 For if that which fades away was [d]with glory, much more that which remains is in glory. Can you show me a place in the Bible where GOD glorified the ceremonial law? READ THE SCRIPTURE ABOVE!!! Read Galatians...chapter 3 should really strike out at you...but, it won't...you preach a satanic "gospel"...you do NOT know the real gospel! BTW - trick question...if you took out a 20 year loan (for a house) at 5.32% interest rate...how much would your monthly payment be in 30 years...NOTHING! A 20 year loan will have been FULFILLED IN 30 years. Same thing for the law...Jesus came to fulfill the law...do you still see Jesus here on earth in the flesh? NOPE! Jesus returned to heaven AFTER FULFILLING THE LAW! How can a Christian be like Jesus if they don't keep the law? Jesus kept the law entirely, and yet, you're saying here, we don't have to do what Jesus did. |

The bible is so warped it isn't even funny, half of the "books" in the bible have been changed in such a way as to be unrecognizable from the originals. There is no high and mighty god looking down from above to judge and smite those he deems unworthy at will. God is inside not outside. Lucifer was not an evil being but the representation of EGO. Man is god, the universe in its entirety is god, god is not apart from us. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 827842Can you take a piece of dirt and create a living organism from it? No you can't. Only God the most high can create living things out of non-living matter. You can realize God's might when you study his creation. You have no excuse to deny him. Respect the architect. Amen! |

But you're saying that Christ is NOT the end of the law, when Scripture says He is. I will obey the Bible, not Adventism and Ellen White. How do you be like Christ without keeping the 10 Commandments? Just do miracles? Do many wonderful good works? Christ already said that's wrong. He said you can't work lawlessness (iniquity), or else He will tell you to depart from Him. The grand majority do not truly believes all 10 commandments have passed on. People even meet on Sundays, to worship God, thinking they're keeping the 4th commandment. They simply are keeping the wrong day, and not keeping the right day entirely holy. Everyone will tell you it's wrong to break the others, and you know the Bible forbids the forsaking of assembling together. Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. The claim you don't have to keep the 4th is false. Yes, Christ is the end of the law. But that doesn't mean what you think it to mean. The law commands the death of the sinner. If Christ did away with the law, WHY are the wicked still judged by it? If it's possible to do away with the law so you don't have to die, why did God send Christ to die for our sins? Why not just cast it away, and therefore Christ's death would not be needful. What was the point of sending Christ if the law could simply be done away? Christ was sent to die for your sins, not to do away with the law! Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. When you look at Christ, you should see in Him the law fulfilled, and that same spotless righteousness is to be fulfilled in you. Christ came to fulfill all righteousness. And that can't happen in you, when you keep declaring that you don't have to do what He did. You say that's not what you're saying, but that's exactly what you're saying. |
