Honestly, if the Church was truly wanting you to learn God as intended. They would have priests learn the language the scrolls were written. Learn them and then disseminate their message as best they can.

Instead of a group of scholars predetermining and making translations.

If you, yourself really wanted the truth. Learn how to read the scrolls.

Because it was written to not alter them. Well, translation is altering them. It is what it is.

You're wrong there. Some is misinterpreted but there are many good interpretation tools for the original Hebrew or Aramaic words and it is only a word here and there not entire books. There are plenty of old old scrolls now that back up the authenticity of the Bible.
