Thanks mod.

I think this article is worth a pin, what do you folks think?

It's thought provoking. I just generally think of everything having turned Satanic but paganism works in the greater mix of spiritual degeneracy. A very good example of it is the climate nuts, for whom it IS a new religion. Same goes for wokeness. Both have created their own fake "moralities".

In his poem Human Pride, Marx admits that his aim is not to improve the world, reform or revolutionize it, but simply to ruin it and enjoy it being ruined:

With disdain I will throw my gauntlet full in the face of the world,
And see the collapse of this pygmy giant whose fall will not stifle my ardor.
Then will I wander godlike and victorious through the ruins of the world
And, giving my words an active force, I will feel equal to the Creator.

“Looking for consciousness in the brain is like looking in the radio for the announcer.”

– Nasseim Haramein, Director of Research for the Resonance Project

Normalize every aberrant behavior, bring common all deviancy and let fly the reins of morality and reason, then welcome in that utopia that liberals embrace called communism, that which most Americans with but a shard of ethic would immediately recognize as evil.

Egypt, rome, and ancient Greek culture were all pagan and lasted thousands of years.

Paganism goes very well with democratic government.

Nonsense. Ofcourse they had governments but these old pagan cultures were cruel and not comparable to the nations we have today rooted in the christian faith, the authors of the article compares how things work today compared to pagan cultures like rome where might makes right to a country based on christian morals and principles.

If youre ok with euthanising elderly, sick and other "useless eaters" or babies with late term abortion and freedom we today take for granted go away, that wont bother you, but it should. Especially with todays surveillance state where the "elite" can mass surveill and micromanage peoples life a way they couldnt even imagine back in the days of pagan rome.

That was the point of the article.

And the bible speaks of the future antichrist setting up a system where everything you buy and sell is monitored and controlled because you need to take a mark to be able to buy and sell, a tyrant couldnt have that kind of control in ancient rome but with todays technology they can, and with cash being phased out and replaced with digital currencies and exchange that can be monitored and taxed it means the technology and the whole world is moving in the direction the bible say it would go at the end of this age. Surpriced?

America has been founded on the principles of religious freedom. That is anyone can follow any religions of beliefs they want.

All this talk about (fake) Christian America, especially from (fake) MAga "Christians" is becoming tiresome.

WRONG!

America was founded on Christian Principles!

Within Christian Principles is the Godly Gift of free will.

Within free will, the Constitution allows all to worship,,or not worship at all any God, or diety one choses to serve. Under Christian and Constitutional values, these rights come from God through Natural Law, not man!

Overwhelming concept isn’t it?

I am sorry, OP, that your thread was overrun by people who did not read the article. Thanks for putting it out there. It was very interesting, and also sad and a pinch scary.

If you are saved you have nothing to worry about. Hope you are. If you are, everything will turn out good in the end.

Re: The federalist: Americas stunning embrace of paganism signals the end of this country as we know it
People used to trust authority, the doctors, scientists and preachers but have wised up. All the authorities are lying to remain in power. I grew up in church and witnessed the preachers living in luxury while telling the flock luxury was evil and somehow the people didn't see the hypocrisy.

We are experienced late stage capitalism not some spiritual crises. Capitolism is war and people forget that. We fight over jobs, lake front property and spouses, its a war and in war the truth is the first thing to disappear. Its a miracle we haven't gone full Mad Max yet.

The God of this place made nature war against itself same with people. This place is exactly Hunger Games. Why is it the peoples fault? They didn't design this place they were only born into it.

The future of the post-Christian West isn’t some secular liberal utopia, it’s a pagan empire in which might makes right.

Maybe its a sign that the Christian religion has become demonic and God is pulling his children away from its evils?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74654373

Or maybe 2 end-times prophecies are being fulfilled simultaneously.

1) The great falling away

2) People like yourself painting real Christians (the Wheat) and the phony Christians (Tares) with the same broad brush.

Re: The federalist: Americas stunning embrace of paganism signals the end of this country as we know it
Things are happening as they are scripted just as the things happened in the days of Jesus. Cultures are the effect not cause, God creates the culture. Remember Tower of Babel? Lots of preachers saying untruth yet God allows them to lie. People then become bitter and leave the church.

OP, moral people don't need church as those who can self govern don't need laws. Obeying laws doesn't make someone moral. A Christian obeying the Ten Commandments because they either are afraid of Hell and worldly curses or not making Heaven are not moral. Obeying rules that reward doesn't make a moral person.

Jesus said follow me not a bunch of rules, said the kingdom is inside and that people look for Christ here and there. Christians think they are following Jesus when they do the right rituals and say the right things while they go to the echo chamber of church.

There was a brief explosion in evangelical stuff in the late 70's which ended in the 90's. I left church in 90's and my old two churches are dead and both pastors are psychopaths. They didn't see Covid Vax as being evil even after decades talking about it.

You mention worldly threats of violence and abortion yet many Christians love to think about Hell and damnation. The Noah story where millions of innocent children and animals died is told to children. How many innocent children are raped and suffer horrible circumstances because God allows it?

Culture will change because God wills it. There isn't a war between Heaven and Hell like so many are taught. The war is between awareness and ignorance. God can enlighten anyone at anytime and for reasons chooses to enlighten only a few. The chaff are here to fulfill a purpose and they don't have freewill to choose to understand. The chosen nor chaff have done anything to deserve their state of mind.

Good is punished and bad is rewarded, its a miracle the world is still functioning.
