the parent had to sign a paper saying if harm occurs, there is NO LIABILITY on the docs part and the manufacturer.

Thats not a rule. I had to push for a delayed schedule just so they wouldn't give my 3 month old 6 shots at once which would've resulted in filling his veins with a volume of adjuvants(which I believe to be a large majority of the harmful vaccine vectors) that was a significant fraction of his blood volume at that time. As much as I'd wish to just not give him any to begin with, unfortunately I know that it wasn't a battle that I could win between my wife's anxiety and the State's threats so I am at least trying to give him a fighting chance the best I can. I don't let my wife take him to the doctors alone because otherwise they'd be able to convince her to do practically anything through fear mongering.
