I've always joked I should be paid at least $2 more per hour just on my grouping alone. They told me it wasn't relevant experience. Guess it is now.

Terrible company policy. If you realize a situation is bad, you go home and get your gun and return to the scene your self defense claim is shot to shit. If there is a credible threat they need to call the law and give everyone a few days off.

You really think guns will stop crazy? If the person is determined enough they will get you one way or another. That why it's never good to start a war, personal or otherwise. Watch the water, food, air... Check under your car before you leave from home or work. Or maybe he will just have everyone "swatted" at your work.

I drilled clearing this building when I first started here with a couple of other employees and know every nook and cranny with the power turned off. We have bleed kits already placed around. As far as it goes we're a lot better off than most places.

You're going to think what you want either way but I feel we are doing just about everything practical for what we're faced with.
