My suggestion is to look into

Conservative Medical Management
for late-state/end-stage kidney failure.

It works nearly as well as dialysis in many cases, while preserving whatever kidney function is still left.

For some it is the answer that dialysis isn't.

especially those with co-existing illnesses and dialysis access problems.

There are no easy answers here.

Give her a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water with each meal. Or at least three times a day to help with digestion. Some cayenne pepper added in will help with any internal bleeding. It’s very healing. Blend many of her meals. That makes them easy to digest and easy on the body.
