They filed a petition for certiorari, which was denied (i.e. the S. Ct. rejected the request to be able to appeal), on Jan. 9th. The Brunsons filed a motion for "rehearing"; that motion is up in conference on 2/17. (like any motion filed with the court; they "hear" it to deny it.)
