From personal experience judges will give out warrants for any reason. Prime example a lady I know organized a mass quitting at a medical office she worked at after the doctors husband became abusive to the staff going as far as yelling at them and putting cameras directly above them where he could see down their shirts. In revenge for this the doctor and her husband claimed the lady took medical records which she didn’t have access to (only the doctor and the husband had log in credentials for the records) no video was provided, no evidence was provided just an accusation and a judge issued a warrant immediately.


The only thing that kept her door from being kicked in is she was good friends with one of the cops who was sent to “recover” the records and he just let her turn herself in.

Apparently the dumb ass had threatened officers, so there's a lot of moving parts. But, brother, his hands were up. We can't have officers running around smoking people at their leisure.

We got rules and the lads in blue gotta follow 'em same as the rest of us.

No, it doesn't seem odd to keep a camera in his trailer, especially if he lives in a trailer park with a high crime rate. Even if he was a criminal, though, he was unarmed. There was simply no excuse to gun him down. Trigger happy police must be brought to justice.

If police are unable to make correct judgements in the dark, then maybe they should not raid people at 4AM. If police are unable to tell the difference between their own damn drone and a gun, then maybe they shouldn't be using that drone.
