OK, I'll contribute. If I sound condescending it's because you need an adult to tell you how it is. Literally no amount of 'money' will solve these problems because the money you are using in the first place is the made up creation of a private group you know nothing about. Do you really believe that those who have created this money specifically to control mankind are going to let you use their creation to undermine their work? No. So you need to do away with this fantasy notion if you want to get any closer to helping the problem.

Bringing me to my next point. You want an actual answer that is actually possible to do. You could use money to effect real change here but you need to address the root of the problem or else you are just treating symptoms. If you had a reasonable amount of money you could use it to hire people to 'solve' the problem. I have to speak in riddles here because this site bans and deletes any mention of using kinetic force to solve the problem (the only solution that is going to actually work). With a modest financial backing you could gather intel on who to target and dispatch contractors to hunt your marks. That is how you can use money to fix the problem. It's probably the only way you can use money to fix the problem.
