Incorrect. The vaccines implement a permanent DNA modification that makes a person's own cells generate spike protein in order to generate the anti-bodies.

The problem is they never stop generating spike proteins after that. So anyone with the vaccine will ALWAYS have spike proteins in their blood and filling up their veins until they finally die.

Possibly, no one knows long term effects.
