I'm a cyclist for 8 years, my driving license is expired since 2016. Almost every day, I'm on my 2 wheels, pedaling non-stop. Water is my favorite drink. Plus, I stopped using a phone years ago, and nothing bothers me when I'm not home. You are what you eat, my food choice is primitive and healthy.
