Look up plantain leaf- it was used as a poultice to heal noisome skin conditions. It was also used to treat mouth conditions. Look up burdock root- it was used to heal kidney,liver conditions

I know someone who got multiple spider bites and they took forever to heal. They actually became cavernous wounds and this person had to be referred to the wound clinic for regular dressing of the wound to prevent infection.

Now that said, the question is: Why did this person take so long to heal?

I later found out this person had chronic insomnia and a level of substance dependence.

So, there is more than likely something else going on affecting the immune system. I wonder if OP actually knows the reason.

I'm going to double down on parasites.

Get some organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and put some on a piece of cloth you cut out, don't soak it but get it moist, and then cover up the area and put some plastic bag over it to keep it wet and then tape over it or wrap it up, and let the acv soak the spot for a few hours or even longer, do this a few times, you should notice changes after just a few hours, not sure what it does exactly, but I haven't found anything else that can change the skin like acv.

I had friend with diabetes had lesions on legs. Went untreated long time and he drank heavily.

Ended up amputated and on dialysis.

I would see what minerals my body was lacking- - zinc is good but it can deplete the copper in the body- a mineral the body needs to utilize iron and cell function

So OP might not be getting nutrition from his food even though he is eating carefully and taking supplements.

Deficiency in things like magnesium and thiamine and niacin are known to affect people's thinking and moods.

Seriously even with a healthy gut I personally believe that we do not get the nutrition we need from food today, even if it's all organically grown and cooked from scratch.

Especially as we get older, I believe to have a quality life as an older person supplements will benefit all. But, I realize there are people who don't think that way, and they are entitled to their opinion, but I'm also entitled to mine.
