I eat perfectly healthy for my food allergies. There's tons of things I can't eat. I can't eat several food groups: grains, beans/legumes, vegetables and nuts/seeds. I cannot digest any of that.

I eat strictly organic because I'm allergic to all the added synthetic garbage. My diet is medical: high fat & meat with fruits, mainly. Nothing helped. I have a holistic doctor thanks. I'd also have your thyroid checked and do a parasite cleanse. If I had to guess I bet you also have some interesting parasites. Maybe even your bumps are related. Try doing a drawing salve like Prids etc on your bumps...
