Healing.

As human beings, we experience a range of emotions daily. Some sad, some happy, and everything else. It can be like a rollercoaster at times. We can experience doubt and shame and fear. Past things that brought us tears or brought us sorrow floods into our mind from nowhere again. Maybe it brings some new anxiety. We might feel there is no purpose. We see the world is sorrow and pain. Where’s love we say.

Love is within you. You are one with love. You are love. You are made for love. You are made to love. And you are made to receive love.

This love gives not like the world gives. It never abandons you. It only gives hope. It doesn’t expect anything back. It’s patient with you. It’s kind. It doesn’t hold grudges. It’s slow to anger. It wants to see you shine.

This is where we grow.

When ours hearts are broken and we are down. When the ground is crumbling. When the waves are getting high. This is when we learn about our inner selves. What this world is really about. What it means to be alive. What it means that God is within us. What it means to see as God sees. What our God is capable of. What this world is about and what Gods about. Understanding the nature of reality. Maybe we are brought low to wake up to truth.

Process every emotion. Embrace your own humanity. Embrace that you are going to cry , and going to be sad , and going to be disappointed. But you are also going to laugh. Going to be happy. And going to Not be disappointed.

If love has compassion and patience towards you. You too have compassion and patience for yourself.

Even Jesus wept at the garden. He was in awe over the soldiers faith, and he was very sorrowful when Martha and Mary told him their brother had died.

So if God is crying and in awe

We too will experience life’s ups and downs

I know life might be very difficult. But take time to just sit in silence and be held. Be kind to yourself. You are not a mistake and you are made for joy.
