I find the silent prayer is also beneficial in a believers life. Sometimes a person has to deliberately silence the minds chatter and bring it back..

Making enemies to random human racial brothers isn't going to do anything becuase Lord real enemy has always been the deciever. He sides within the West. Don't feed the deciever more souls, don't blindly fight for the flags esp flag of America.
