....and those kids of theirs will do the same when they are older. When a person is molested before the age of 7 or 8, the molestation experience imprints on their brain. Studies have shown this. The brain gets re-wired from the trauma, and this imprint is made somewhere in the amygdala. As an adult, this child ends up re-enacting the trauma by molesting others. It truly is a harmful act on a child in every aspect: emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
