The cut is very loose, unstructured and wrinkled. It's supposed to be like that, since that style is usually worn in hot places, like Southern California. What's different is he's wearing a kilt, or an homage to a kilt. It's a Cali-Kilt: no tartan, no pleats but loose and unstructured. |

Which is true in most of the rest of the animal kingdom. I'm not against men in skirts there is definitely historical examples of it. The Scotts ripped their kilts off and came over the battle field in just their shirts to kill you. I think that would have been quite a sight. Think of all the videos we've seen where dudes end up with their pants hanging off their butt and keeping them from fighting properly. Kilts are easy off (I think, I don't have first hand knowledge of this, hehe) There is still the problem of the codpiece being necessary though. I think I'd want a codpiece if I was going off to battle in just a shirt. So, maybe not "freeball" as many have wondered. He was not bothered because this is hardly the worse thing he's done. Also, as to why men don't wear skirts this short all the time? Balls. Like literally, they have balls and that affects the way clothes fit them. Actual kilts are longer because balls. |
