Rats! I was going to go see that movie in case the character Loki was in it. I like that trickster god. I don't want to sit through it if that's what it's like.

It was truly an awful movie. Wasred my money and my time.

I went and liked it. I mean they explained that all rock people are boys and they hold hands to make a baby so it's not like all that gay. I mean they are rock people, who can survive as only a face. It's called fiction.

It was just ok. We felt the movie was made for kids and tweens. It was cheezy and lots of annoying disruptive parts (screaming goats). The speakers were not all on in the theater due to people complaining of headaches with Guns & Roses blasting a lot. Thor Love & Thunder was like a filler episode of your favorite show. You keep watching it expecting it to turn around and you're ultimately left bummed out.

We're done with seeing MCU in the theaters. The past few MCU movies haven't been good - Spiderman No Way Home, Dr. Strange 2, Morbius, and now Thor Love & Thunder.

The Rock bit didn't bother us. Reminded us of the orginal Jurassic Park where all the dinosaurs are bred to be female. Then life finds a way where new babies we're being born.

Actually there's a precedent for matching chromozonal reproduction. The Platipus has only xx female chromozones.


It goes something like this:

Male attributes are supported through genes transferred from the y male chromozone, to other chromomozones.

So the precursor gene which supports the processes for sex selection is actually moved to another chromozone, and the xy male pair gets dreduced to nothing.

The platipus male and female both have xx chromozonal pairs. Evolutionarily, we may develop this way too. Already the male y chromozone is tiny compared to the x. And there are other animals.
