Wouldn't a state Attorney General be immune from prosecution?

Lets face reality here: this doxxing of CCW holders was on purpose and being facilitated by the same people who are going to be in charge of deciding if your lawsuit will have merit.

You might as well being suing someone with the last name "Clinton" or trying to collect a settlement from a drunk driver with the last name "Pelosi".

When they refused to prosecute Hillary's email server and all the evidence they destroyed it became clear to me there is a system for them and a system for us.

Asking the same system to prosecute the crime as perpetrated the crime seems pretty useless to me. There are other ways to resist their tyranny without asking them to prosecute themselves.

Whoever did the update to the website probably did this intentionally. Just like the SCOTUS leaker that person will never be investigated or identified.

The California DOJ confirmed the data breach on Wednesday and has launched an investigation. The breach followed an update to the state’s Firearms Dashboard Portal Monday, and exposed personal information for people who were granted or denied concealed carry permits between 2011 and 2021.

The information exposed included names, date of birth, gender, race, driver’s license number, addresses, and criminal history," the state’s DOJ said in a statement.

Harmeet Dhillon is an awesome person and very smart. At least they have a good lawyer. It will probably end up going to the SCOTUS.

A strongly-worded letter requesting this to stop will be drafted.

Failure to heed will result in immediate drafting of a second letter just after the midterms.

So send her money and in two weeks she will be dropping a lawsuit on the Supreme Court with absolute evidence of election fraud. SCOTUS will then vote 9-0 to overturn the election and reinstate Trump.

Sounds like this law firm is just out for a money grab. The atty gen. is immune and the law firm is suing for the wrong reasons. This is a breach of trust matter.
