Thule US Air Base is located there. Population 600, 140 USAF approximately. They receive their yearly cargo ship between June and the first two weeks of August each year when an ice breaker can break through the ice. Cargo ship comes from Norfolk, VA.

Have to question if it was brought by a person, or was present on a delivery?

Yep they are basing the growth rate on the total number of cases in that country, That means the more cases the lower the growth rate will be.
