That being said, I never trust anyone that "over" smiles or does "hard" smiles. I see a lot of preachers doing that, like Schuller, for example (I think he's dead now though).

Smiling is a normal reaction to a natural joy or inner happiness, people who do "forced" smiles are trying to sell you something, that's why salesmen do this a lot.
