Anyone can give an educated guess? How high will the waters rise in coastal places? For example will mountains around NY and CA be under water also?

It's hard for me to imagine how sea level could rise so high. Or is it that mountains actually fall DOWN, for example?

That's just a guess based on a much smaller-scale experiment. If he's correct on the phenomenon, the massive speedup of the pole shift could happen earlier or later. The 40 degree thing may not apply to our planet
