The ability to give away support and benefits stems from our laws,,,the Constitution that spells out what the Federal Government can or cannot do,,, and if its not spelled out its presumed that the States can dictate and create those laws. Unlike a communist/corrupt government like Russia or the PRC where one rule is in control.

Our freedoms and generosity are protected by that piece of paper and is the primary reason that brings men and woman here from all over planet Earth, be it for free stuff or freedoms they come.

Well I think their culture is trash and is destroying America.
