I've heard something about everybody getting some kind of cold a lot over the last couple of years.

I think it might just be your normal stuff but is being blown out of proportion for some reason.

I've been in a constant battle against cold/sinus infection symptoms for about a month.

I had COVID back in September. No vax. Got treatment with Ivermecting/Zpack/Prednisone and make a quick recovery from the flu-like symptoms. Completely lost my sense of small (100% loss...so strange). My sense of smell started slowing coming back and then just after Christmas (2021) it started to fade back out. I'm a non-smoker (non-drinker) living a pretty healthy lifestyle with moderate exercise.

Yea, getting colds has been a lifelong occurrence for me. For most of us I would imagine. The recent emphasis on vaccines got me taking the flu shot more often and that has really helped decrease the amount I get them. I used to have one probably once every two months. Now I'll go up to 4 or 5 months without getting anything, and when I do get something it's very mild. It's also possible getting Covid early on (before the marketing campaign started) helped boost my natural immune system. It was slightly different than a normal cold, it took two waves of infection in my body to get rid of it. It's all been so over-hyped in my opinion.

I usually don't get sick. Since I had the vaccine I have had two colds one really bad during Thanksgiving. I ended up with covid on top of this during Christmas.

My personal assessment is the vaccine seriously damaged my immune system!!

We now know the vaccine is trash for the most part. Your body may produce antibodies for two months but the damage to your body and immune system is also included.

Todays healthcare system (Big Pharma) is all about profits and not really taking care of patient. It has turned into one massive money making machine built on human pain and suffering.

in the Winter we turn on the heat ... unless you have radiant heat- it dries out your sinuses and then they over compensate and produce the moisture they need ...

I filter my air, because I have learned from experience that when they spray chemicals on us - I have respitory issues and the filter eliminates most of that

I also open my windows and doors once a day to "change the air" - even on the coldest day, I let all the heated "used" air out and let fresh air fill my house.

disclaimer: this recycling of air is not advisable if you live in the city and are smothered by pollution ... just get a good air filter (they are not expensive and last for a very long time)- you will be amazed at what it removes from your air

In addition to the supps most of us know well (D3, zinc, C, ACV, etc) I would HIGHLY recommend taking Olive Leaf Extract. Make sure it's Real Olive Leaf Extract with 25% Oleuropein from Spain. The company I use is Island Nutrition. Just google the above and you'll find it. It's not cheap, but worth it.

It is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, neuroprotective, gastroprotective, and cancer preventative. It is a natural fighter against shingles and herpes variations, so I would recommend it especially if you have had Covid, since that seems to cause herpes related issues to flare up more than normal, and appears to be a strong natural fighter against the spike protein issues caused by Covid.



I would also do an extended ACV/raw honey water fast, and eat organic USA (not china) raw garlic daily.

I swear I haven't been sick in 10 years. Just had 3 back-to-back flu-like experiences within the past 4 months. Not vaccinated.

It’s the same thing here! We are all unvaccinated but have seen the same thing happen to the vaccinated. Everybody is getting sick of all of the time -vaxxed or unvaxxed.

I think it really has to do with our immune systems not being challenged for so long & people are starting to get out again - lock down or not.

Our immune systems haven’t had a work out in a long time due to the restrictions. Now that more and more are living life-our weak immune systems are having to do things they haven’t done in a while. I think a lot of the colds are from us not being exposed to anything for so long. It Wasn’t good for us

I am unvaxxed and have not had a cold or any other illness in over 2 years.

I live with 3 people who ARE vaxxed, however, and they have been sick constantly with colds, aches and pains, dizziness, inability to sleep, and other things since they got the jabs last spring (boosters and flu shots in the Fall, too).

They also were all VERY sick with some kind sinus infection/flu over the holidays (extended family who got the shots had it, as well).

I take vitamins daily and get sun whenever possible. Seems to work well.
