My older brother brought this "sick with a flu" fat fuck over with him during a visit back around 1999, and the sick fat fuck sat in my easy chair. The mistake I made was not spraying down my easy chair with a disinfectant. I thought 24 hours of not sitting in it was good enough, but it wan't. I got some mild flu symptoms from the fat fuck.

I was talking to another brother yesterday on the phone, and he said his wife's best friend from college has had the Coronavirus 7 times now! He said she's vaccinated, and keeps getting Coronavirus!

Highly recommend a daily neti pot nasal rinse. I do the sodium bicarbonate packs that come with it at least once a day. Every second or third day I will do a rinse and gargle with Povidone Iodine. Many good videos online about using it, so do your homework on how to use it. It burns at first, so don't go too strong. Be sure to "reverse gargle" when doing the sinus rinse, letting it come through your throat, not just out the other nostril. Sinuses feel great afterward. Pressure in the ears goes away.

Strep is going around here now, my grandkids and others have recently had it, as well as testing positive for covid.

I take all that and a lot more. I still got omicron and later a sinus infection. Both mild…. Since then, over the last month, I have had a couple of different times when I have had a slight runny nose and moderately elevated blood sugar - an indication of another viral issue.

Very unusual pattern for me…. No colds in four previous years but a good bout with Covid in December 2020.

There is this plague that seems to be coming from the sinuses and draining down the windpipe, a hell of alot of people have been reporting this symptom for nearly 20 years. In Texas we call it the crud.


I believe this is caused by the processes and materials involved in "chemtrailing" , or geo engineering. Microscopic particles of metal.

I also believe the government uses infectious diseases as an explanation for these symptoms and MD's are well aware of what is causing it because when they hear the symptoms they dont even bother doing tests, they know what it is.

"Allergies" is the go to explanation. But respiratory ailments suddenly got much more common and worst around 2000 when the program began and it has never abated.

I am more and more motivated to expand my garden every year and eat as much of my own organic food as possible. I can't keep whatever comes from the skies away, but it is at least a leg up from grocery produce.

also i had four days of insomnia, with the new cold coming in the midst of that. could that be related? "insomnia" means one hour light sleep per 24 hours, yet somehow that felt okay.

i slept about 3 hours, woke up a quarter to 8, and felt two-thirds better...almost like a knob got turned down.

i'd taken some nascent iodine a few hours before, other than that i don't know why i bounced back so quick.

i WOULD like to think my immune system did everything, but....
