US stealth fighters experience frequent failures of their avionic equipment over the Black and Baltic Seas. Electronic warfare interference systems of the Russian Armed Forces start showing a noticeable impact on US Air Force stealth fighters, Sina Military website reports. Quoting: NukemHell Experts of the Chinese publication assume that the F-35s simply fall under the attacks of powerful Russian electronic warfare systems Murmansk-BN deployed in Murmansk and Kaliningad regions, as well as in Crimea. The systems can disable electronic systems at distances of more than 3000 kilometers. [link to english.pravda.ru (secure)] The F-35 has been called a "flying turkey" as well as a "flying elephant", and rightly so. A while back, the Russian Il-20 plane was shot down by a S200 missile battery in Syria, all because the Israeli F-16s that were ghosting the Il-20 where trying to hide behind the Il-20's radar signature. Why? Not why where these Israeli F-16s ghosting the Il-20, but why were these F-16s there in the first place? If the F-35 is superior in stealth to a very dated F-16, why use the F-16? The weapons systems on the F-35 are just as capable (if not more) to hit ground targets in Syria, in fact the F-35 is designed specifically to do just that. There have been many instances where the Flying Elephant has been detected on more than one occassion on radar throughout the Middle East. In fact, Beirut air traffic control detect F-35s on a regular basis, and military organizations around the world are starting to question the true abilities of the F-35. The underlying discussion here is that the F35 is being sighted too many times for it to be intentional. Is the F-35 a flying elephant? Is this why the Israeli F-16s were used instead in Syria? Then comes the curious case of an Israeli F-35 being taken out by a flying stork. Apparently the great debate is whether it was either a duck or stork. If you believe the Israelis it was a stork, Israel says it was storks, and two of them at that! Anyway, the truth it seems is something even more worrisome, that the F-35 is truly a flying elephant, so much so, that it was targeted and hit by of all things a S200 system and hence the "stork" cover story. |

They fucked up loading the thing full of electronics bells and whistles.should have foccussed on performance.russia is ahead of us,china is behind us. They thought that all that microwave tech and battlefield command video games was gonna win.that shit would have been vaporized on day one.brute force wins sky fights, not electronics. Send in a10,thats the way real battles are won. It was us on glp that convinced trump to save a10.thats a fact.just the week before i had invited him here and a10 was one of his first questions to us. |

There's something even simpler than that. It is said that the F-35 engine produces a very characteristic and very recognizable sound. So much so that some Arab in Israel hears the planes and makes a warning phone call to some cousin in Syria, and there goes stealthiness. |
