However, it WILL motivate me to get that root cellar finished! Better to be too early. BTW, my new home has trees and brush around the building pad. I will remove ALL of that since the biggest danger in my new mountain home is forest fire. If we have anything close to a micro nova, it’s all gonna burn. My new home is being constructed from ocean cargo containers. Cheaper than a barn-dominium and fire resistant. I plan on insulating the outside walls of the container home with adobe blocks at least two feet thick with a slab and more blocks on the top. There will be a metal roof over the entire structure to protect the adobe from rain/snow. Considering the ice core evidence, previous catastrophes took place over hundreds of years. I doubt that we have one giant catastrophe of every kind of doom simultaneously. But, I could be wrong….. |

Nemesis, to me the most striking thing is the final extinction of the mega fauna. They were here for millions of years thru a number of ice ages, rising oceans, super volcanoes, etc. Then, GONE. Bodies shredded with broken bones in frozen muck pits. I am flabbergasted. What could possibly have been so devastating? What forces can account for such results? How could remains be frozen like they were dipped in liquid nitrogen? I speculate that each 12,000 year cycle is WORSE than the ones before it. Is that what Bible prophecy actually is warning? We can see the various dooms coming our way. The world economy with the crazy debt levels, inflation, and the Green Religion wanting to kill off billions of people. The political violence growing as those in power attack the opposition while jailing political prisoners. New bio warfare bugs being created in the labs.
