what is in concrete mix?

I've laid concrete a handful of times, not really much of an active person but thought this would be a good thread..

probably a mix of some stuff?

Sand, gravel, and cement, which is baked limestone that is pulverized into a powder. Add water, which starts the chemical reaction that makes it turn rock hard...and that is concrete
