We used to be real friendly. Didn't even need a passport to go over the border. The canadians also used to be really chillin. Like, all they did was hang out in the park and smoke weed. Their cigarettes have some kind of weird chemical that gives them this awful smell, so they mostly smoked weed instead since it was healthier.

But then all the "targeted individuals" started going across the border thinking that they could escape the gangstalkers. And then you get the gangstalker folks driving through the border and causing alerts, and making the border agents do dumb skits over and over, so they tightened the requirements and the canadians went all crazy.
