Smart employers won't do it until their back is against a wall

Just because the vaxx companies & the government is protected from liability doesn't mean your employer is

They are on the hook for damages due to forcing you to take it

They're not going to step up & make themselves vulnerable to litigation unless they absolutely have to unless they're retarded or just trying to virtue signal...

It's a boogyman - don't freak out - if you're against it then use your voice in the public forums to support freedom

Don't worry about your job until they actually tell you it's your paycheck or the vaxx

In the meantime work on alternate forms of income so you don't have to bow if it comes to that

The OSHA 100 employee mandate is under a temporary injunction from the courts. EMployers who weren't too far down the line of planning for all that are just waiting...those who were far down the line are going ahead, just on their own, mandate or not...they had too many wheels in motion to make a different decision, and it's their "right" to do a mandate if they want.

I would interpret no news as your company wasn't all in yet/all planned up yet, so they are waiting to see what happens.

Most companies are having trouble hiring and keeping employees. It is in the companies' best interest to not nag about this stuff, the situation is precarious enough.

I here T.Rowe Price is scared shitless because they got word of a class action suit about to be filed by a group of analysts and portfolio managers at their Baltimore headquarters.

Those guys can probably work for whoever they want where ever they want. Nobody is ever going back to that Baltimore shit hole.
