But were they actually going into session? Unless they have something to address they wouldn't do that.

9 cst or 10 est is usually around when court started. The post above says they went directly to the room. Aren't they usually greeted by the judge before they head to deliberations?

Just a thought as we wait, everyone is focused on the first charge involving Rosenbaum but Kyle actually faces a more serious charge and I believe one in which he is in more jeopardy from is the Huber death.

The Rosenbaum charge is for reckless homicide and we have a lot of evidence Rosembaum posed a serious threat to Kyle.

The Huber death is actually "Intentional" homicide and carries a much stiffer sentence AND I can see where a jury might think Hubers actions did not rise to the same level as Rosenbaums. I don't agree with that logic, just saying I can see some jury people buying into it.

That is the one that actually concerns me the most...
 Quoting: FeedYourHead

"Intentional" cannot fit in regards to Huber being shot. Kyle was running away from this group of people, Huber assaulted Kyle with a deadly weapon, attempted to take Kyle's rifle and ended up getting instance justice.
 Quoting: MovesLikeJagger

WE are in agreement, I just hope the jury is...

Am I hearing this right this morning that the prosecution lied by saying they didn't know the identity of jump kick man during the trial when in fact they did know him, or am I just still half asleep? If anyone knows.
 Quoting: Don Draper from Nantucket

Seems several sources are saying he has been identified.

if there is a drama queen or two that really likes the attention and wants to drag this deliberation part on and on, can the other jurors make a "motion" to tell the jackass to speed it up?

I don't put anything past criminal politicians these days.

Also, FOX news mentioned all of the protests outside the courthouse can actually be heard inside the courthouse!

My hope is the jury has been taken to another location to deliberate, I think they did that in a few high profile cases recently

Reading and considering the motion for mistrial?

Maybe??

Dunno
 Quoting: The Daddylorian

A dismissal of charges with prejudice would be appropriate given today's news about the HD video and the witness that the prosecution withheld from the defense, and is probably the best we could hope for to keep the violence at a minimum, other than a conviction, of course, although even that would be met with celebratory violence.

There's going to be unrest from BLMAntifa regardless of the outcome, but if the blame for the outcome can be placed squarely on the prosecution, and it can, maybe a few locals who were going to riot will think better of it.

 Quoting: ~kpm~

I read somewhere that the original HD video was emailed to the defense, but I'm assuming Gmail, compressed the actual file so it could stay under the file size limit. If this is true I wonder how that would play out in court? I think prosecution knew this would happen. They could of gave it to them via USB drive or used another program that doesn't alter file size.
