I watched a yt video last night that showed how to make White Castle burgers.

I won't be making them, but I was drooling when seeing them finished. I used to love those little burgers!

I've done that - taste really great, fried on top of a bed of onions ---------yum!

She said they MUST be steamed. She put beef stock down on a cookie sheet, a lot of dried onions, then the sheet of meat, and poked little holes in the meat, so the stock would steam up through them.

It looked like an awful lot of work to me, but if you're crazy for White Castle burgers, these do look good....and messy, like I liked them.

I first had WC burgers about 20 years ago when visiting Minnesota.
